Store Launcher

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of new store openings, acquisitions, and rebranding projects
• Manage launch timelines from key handoff through grand opening
• Coordinate launch activities across Operations, Facilities, Marketing, IT, HR, Recruiting, and Training teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, landlords, and service providers
• Oversee the conversion of acquired stores into the Stress Free Auto Care brand
• Coordinate inventory, equipment, tooling, and supply deliveries
• Lead on-site launch activities during opening week and support local management through transition

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management, operations, construction management, or multi-unit retail/service experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in real time

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive, retail, restaurant, or multi-location service industry experience
• Experience with acquisitions, store openings, remodels, or facility conversions
• Familiarity with project management tools and systems
• Experience managing contractors and vendor relationships
