Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of goods, including ordering, receiving, packing, and performing inventories
• Maintain accurate and verifiable records within the SAP ERP system
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized storage environment, including the warehouse and transit areas
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual stock checks and report any discrepancies
• Track tools and equipment, organizing timely requalification and ensuring safety certificates are up to date
• Prepare and declare dangerous goods for transport in compliance with local legislation
• Provide necessary documentation and sign customs manifests for import and export activities
• Ensure the application of safety culture and quality standards across all logistics operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in stock and spare parts management
• Familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Fluency in French
• Proficiency in technical English
