About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Accurately record inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions in the ERP system
- Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal availability
- Prepare daily outbound orders and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch
- Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits to ensure high inventory accuracy
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless data flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and lookups
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
