Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Accurately record inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions in the ERP system
• Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal availability
• Prepare daily outbound orders and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch
• Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits to ensure high inventory accuracy
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless data flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and lookups
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
• Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
