Store Inspector

Responsibilities

• Accept and issue stock, components, tooling, and other products while updating inventory systems.
• Perform physical inspections of delivered parts and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Check for damages, shortages, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Receive and store acceptable materials and returns in correct bin locations according to receiving procedures.
• Ensure all issued and received materials and tooling are correctly labeled.
• Monitor shelf life of materials and tool calibration status, managing dispositions for expired items.
• Inspect parts and materials for documentation compliance in accordance with GCAA, EASA, and MOE requirements.
• Handle Dangerous Goods (DGR) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive materials following regulatory requirements.
• Complete shift handover logs at the end of each duty.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an airline or MRO environment.
• High school leaving certificate or Diploma.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively under stress.
• Must be a UAE National.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background using the AMOS inventory management system.
