Responsibilities

• Greet every client warmly to create an inviting and inclusive atmosphere
• Direct clients to appropriate areas and connect them with sales assistants
• Offer refreshments to ensure clients feel appreciated
• Support the store team by managing traffic flow during peak times
• Maintain knowledge of new collections, campaigns, and brand stories
• Act as a brand ambassador through polished presentation and energy

Requirements

• Natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people
• Passion for creating warm, memorable client experiences
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder position within hospitality, retail, or service-led roles
