About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service at the entrance and guide visitors
- Manage the registration and issuance of professional customer cards
- Control visitor access and verify credentials
- Handle customer complaints and support invoicing processes
- Assist with product invoicing, cash register opening, and closing
Requirements
- Minimum education equivalent to 12th grade
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or wholesale
- Availability for full-time work with rotating shifts and days off
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communication and organizational skills
