Store Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives through the analysis of various performance indicators
• Identify and develop the potential of team members
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork
• Manage the administrative aspects of the store operations

Requirements

• Proven experience leading sales teams for premium/top-tier brands (Mandatory)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and closing shifts (until 10:00 PM)
• A strong interest in fashion and current trends
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
