Store Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives through the analysis of various sales KPIs
• Manage personnel, branch administration, and inventory control
• Implement sales strategies and oversee bank deposits
• Identify and develop the potential of team members to foster growth
• Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork
• Operate all aspects of the cash register, including cash handling and card transactions
• Execute organizational operating procedures and policies to ensure excellence in customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Store Manager or Branch Manager, preferably in Retail Fashion
• High school diploma (Preparatoria Concluida)
• Experience leading sales teams for premium brands
• High availability, including weekends and closing shifts
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a marked interest in fashion
