Store Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales objectives through the analysis of various KPIs
• Manage personnel, branch administration, inventories, and staff training
• Implement sales strategies and manage bank deposits
• Identify and develop the potential of team members to foster growth
• Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork
• Operate all aspects of the cash register, including cash handling and card transactions
• Execute operational procedures and policies to ensure excellence in customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Store Manager or Branch Manager
• Experience leading sales teams for premium brands
• High school diploma (Preparatoria Concluida)
• High availability, including weekends and closing shifts
• Strong interest in fashion and current trends
• Skills in dynamism, proactivity, leadership, and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Retail Fashion industry
