Store Experience Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure store sales objectives are met while providing an exceptional customer experience for Todomoda and Isadora brands.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock products according to store guidelines.
• Operate the cash register following established procedures to ensure agile billing and positive customer departures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to personal presentation and uniform codes.
• Support general store operations, including order, delivery reception, and assisting the Store Manager.
• Follow Health and Safety policies to ensure the integrity of customers and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Wide availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
• Positive energy and a strong desire to work in a team environment.
