Store Experience Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of store sales goals by providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock products according to store guidelines.
• Operate the cash register following established procedures to ensure agile billing and positive customer departures.
• Follow Health and Safety policies to ensure the integrity of customers and staff.
• Adhere to personal presentation codes, including uniforms and store cleanliness.
• Assist with general operational tasks such as organizing stock and receiving deliveries.
• Support the Store Manager and Customer Experience team with additional functions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Wide availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.

• Experience working with recognized commercial brands.
