About the Company

Rekise Marine is building autonomous ships and submarines that operate in the world's most hostile environments. We're executing India's flagship autonomous submarine project the Jalkapi XLAUV on order from the Indian Navy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Goods Received Note (GRN) process and validate against purchase orders
• Verify GST applicability and HSN codes on incoming invoices for statutory compliance
• Oversee all inward and outward inventory movements and maintain real-time stock records
• Maintain organized physical and digital records of all invoices and supporting documents
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment due dates and dispute resolution
• Handle Credit Note (CN) and Debit Note (DN) processing with vendors
• Manage Delivery Challans and perform periodic reconciliation
• Monitor safety stock levels and alert procurement when reorder thresholds are met
• Implement Warehouse Management principles including FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks on incoming materials and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Ensure all materials include required quality documentation like Test Certificates and CoC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations within manufacturing or logistics
• Strong knowledge of GRN, GST, HSN codes, and Delivery Challans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems like SAP or Tally
• Understanding of FIFO and safety stock management
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination
