Store Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead team to achieve company standards across all categories
• Lead by example on the selling floor, proactively coaching and inspiring the team
• Promote company culture, values, and mission through integrity and honesty
• Set clear goals and expectations alongside the Digital Sales Manager
• Hold consistent coaching sessions and oversee annual review process for direct reports
• Streamline and improve effectiveness of daily store operations
• Maintain thorough understanding of all policies, procedures, and processes
• Drive operational front-of-house and back-of-house planning
• Deliver Rebag Bar Experience and develop community networking
• Partner with Store Manager to develop store and omni-channel business goals
