Store Director

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets and managing spend
• Monitor business results and create strategic plans to achieve KPIs
• Manage talent sourcing, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development
• Lead in-store customer experience and coaching staff on sales best practices
• Build client relationships and drive new customer acquisition
• Partner with marketing to host community events and drive brand awareness
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cycle counts, and asset protection

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume retail environments
• Financial management experience including sales, payroll, and expense control
• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent
• Strong communication and service excellence skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of local market trends and retail requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening a new store from scratch
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
