Store Director

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets and managing spend
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Oversee in-store customer experience and implement sales training
• Manage store operations including inventory, cycle counts, and loss prevention
• Act as a brand ambassador and partner with marketing for local community engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product assortment

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume retail environments
• Proven financial management skills including payroll and expense control
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of talent development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Knowledge of local market trends and retail landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening a new retail store from scratch
• Background working in a startup or fast-growing company
