Store Director

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability for the store while exceeding financial targets
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs
• Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
• Oversee visual merchandising standards, assortment performance, and retail campaign implementation
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management for the store team

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven financial management experience including sales, payroll, and expense control
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing top talent
• Strong communication and local market knowledge
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening a new store from scratch
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
