Store Director

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations, staff, merchandise, and customer service
• Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards
• Recruit, induct, and develop highly motivated teams through regular performance reviews
• Drive sales and fortify client relationships through clienteling
• Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility, including controllable expenses
• Utilize Shopify for inventory management and provide qualitative/quantitative business reports
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage staff scheduling, holidays, and administrative documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• College degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer software and inventory management systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate teams and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in foreign languages
