Responsibilities

• Lead retail operations and drive sales excellence for the Gucci Topanga location
• Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency
• Drive sales performance and achieve key business objectives through strategic leadership
• Oversee team management, including coaching, development, and performance monitoring
• Ensure the brand's luxury standards are consistently met in customer experience and visual presentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail leadership and management
• Strong expertise in sales and driving revenue growth
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing retail teams
• Experience working within the luxury retail sector is highly preferred
