Store Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding results in sales, service, and operational excellence
• Champion the Retail Forward strategy and ensure the highest standards of personalized luxury client experiences
• Own the store’s P&L, driving sales, profitability, and KPIs to exceed commercial targets
• Build enduring relationships with clients to drive long-term brand loyalty and advocacy
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with brand policies
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and in-store presentation reflecting Burberry's identity

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior retail management role, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail
• Proven track record of leading large teams in a high-profile flagship store environment
• Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and expertise in the art of clienteling
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing a store P&L
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Deep passion for fashion, luxury, and delivering an exceptional client experience
