About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain presentable assigned areas
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries as needed
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and maintain store equipment

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish
