About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategically drive complex supply chain processes, including import/export operations for global business units
- Execute complex demand and supply matching activities to connect planning to execution
- Lead cross-functional global business unit planning teams to enhance business processes
- Define, measure, and leverage KPIs to drive continuous improvement and develop new business plans
- Evaluate and improve business processes to maintain compliance with regulations and client guidelines
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior-level staff to support professional development
- Facilitate internal team and leadership meetings to drive business operation plans
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Proficiency with SAP Applications
- Strong data analysis and inventory management expertise
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement, procurement, and production planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM)
