Store Customer Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive complex supply chain processes, including import/export operations for global business units
• Execute complex demand and supply matching activities to connect planning to execution
• Lead cross-functional global business unit planning teams to enhance business processes
• Define, measure, and leverage KPIs to drive continuous improvement and develop new business plans
• Evaluate and improve business processes to maintain compliance with regulations and client guidelines
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior-level staff to support professional development
• Facilitate internal team and leadership meetings to drive business operation plans

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
• Proficiency with SAP Applications
• Strong data analysis and inventory management expertise
• Deep understanding of continuous improvement, procurement, and production planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM)
