Store Custodian Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial services on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas
• Dust counters, hard surfaces, lighting fixtures, vents, and display areas
• Vacuum carpets daily, shampoo monthly, and machine scrub floors
• Clean elevators, escalators, electrical rooms, and security rooms
• Manage waste removal, including emptying trash bins and replacing liners
• Maintain cleaning equipment, including scrubbing machines and vacuums
• Stock and refill all paper products and bathroom supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of employee kitchen areas and bathroom facilities
• Perform spot cleaning of windows, doors, and glass surfaces
• Keep the stock room orderly and efficient

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects in excess of 40 lbs
• Ability to use ladders and step stools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods and perform repetitive motions

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the cleaning services industry
