Store Cashier/Stocker

Responsibilities

• Model and fulfill customer service principles
• Assist store management in achieving operational and loss goals
• Comply with company policies and processes
• Maintain store zones and merchandising standards
• Adhere to inventory and product handling guidelines
• Perform general cleaning tasks
• Utilize POS system to process customer purchases
• Complete curbside pickup orders
• Stock shelves and displays according to planograms

Requirements

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate store equipment including cash registers and pallet jacks
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in a retail environment
