Store Cashier/Stocker

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient checkout service using POS systems
• Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Assist in achieving operational efficiency and loss prevention goals
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely
• Identify and rectify safety hazards in the working environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Ability to operate store equipment like cash registers and pallet jacks
• Ability to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a retail environment
