Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards, cleanliness, and organization
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkouts
• Process deliveries and maintain tidy stock, equipment, and back-of-house areas
• Manage stock replenishment and assist with display changes on the shop floor

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays
• Approachable communication skills and comfort interacting with a diverse range of customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly and accurately
• Reliable transportation to and from store locations

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
