Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional service on the shop floor, in fitting rooms, and at checkouts
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
• Process deliveries and maintain tidy stock, equipment, and back-of-house areas
• Perform regular stock replenishment and assist with display changes

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Approachable communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Access to reliable transportation for early or late shifts
