Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkouts
• Process deliveries and maintain tidy stock, equipment, and back-of-house areas
• Replenish stock and assist with display changes on the shop floor

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Ability to be approachable and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of customers
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours
• Reliable transportation to accommodate various shift times, including early mornings and late nights
