Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards, cleanliness, and organization
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkouts
• Process deliveries and maintain tidy stock, equipment, and back-of-house areas
• Perform stock replenishment and assist with display changes on the shop floor

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Approachable communication skills and comfort interacting with a range of customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to travel to stores in the Sydney area (including Castle Towers, Macarthur Square, Wetherill Park, and Erina Fair)
