Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide exceptional service on the shop floor, in fitting rooms, and at checkouts
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Process deliveries and maintain tidy stock, equipment, and back-of-house areas
• Manage stock replenishment and assist with display changes on the shop floor

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Approachable communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly and accurately
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading
• Reliable transportation to access stores in the Adelaide area (including Rundle Mall, Burnside, and Marion)
