Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards, cleanliness, and organization
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkouts
• Process deliveries and maintain tidy stock, equipment, and back-of-house areas
• Perform stock replenishment and assist with display changes on the shop floor

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Approachable communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading
• Ability to travel to various store locations in the Brisbane area (e.g., Queen Street, Indooroopilly, Chermside, Mt Gravatt)
