Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks
• Comply with inventory control procedures and maintain precise work order files

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
