Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting wholesale and retail customers with product selection and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies and procedures
• Tint and mix paint products to specific customer requirements
• Maintain store visual standards by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment
• Manage inventory by pulling products from the warehouse and complying with control procedures
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making local deliveries as needed
• Build productive, trusting relationships with customers to meet monthly and yearly sales goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
