Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Maintain store visual standards by stocking shelves and setting up displays
• Perform physical tasks including loading/unloading delivery trucks and pulling products from the warehouse
• Maintain inventory control and keep assigned areas in presentable condition

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or Certificate of Adult Education Completion (CAEC)
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
