Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting wholesale and retail customers with product selection and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies and procedures
• Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment
• Perform physical tasks including pulling products from the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting with deliveries
• Tint and mix products to meet specific customer requirements
• Maintain precise work order files and comply with inventory control procedures
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
