Responsibilities

• Build authentic connections with shoppers to answer questions and complete purchases
• Improve the customer experience and energize the team
• Act as a product expert offering fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendations
• Assist with daily stock checks and restocking the selling floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays
• Work in a fast-paced environment utilizing exceptional customer service skills

Requirements

• Retail or service industry background preferred
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
• Passion for customer experience
• High degree of flexibility and initiative
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends
