Responsibilities

• Build authentic connections with shoppers and answer questions
• Complete customer purchases and provide product expertise
• Offer fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendations
• Assist with daily stock checks and restocking the selling floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays
• Work in a fast-paced environment utilizing exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
• Passion for customer experience
• High degree of flexibility and initiative
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends
