Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and demonstrating compassion
• Perform accurate cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and managing inventory
• Support various departments such as photo and beauty to ensure they are fully operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed to support store operations and career growth
• Support opening and closing store activities as directed by the store manager

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to stand and remain upright on feet for sustained periods
• Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
• Close visual acuity for reading and inspecting small details

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
• High School diploma or equivalent
