Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and demonstrating compassion
• Perform cashier duties accurately, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and managing inventory
• Support opening and closing store activities as required
• Assist various departments, including photo and beauty, to ensure they are fully stocked and operational
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed to assist with customer needs and career development
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to stand and remain upright for sustained periods
• Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
• Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and viewing computer terminals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
• High School diploma or equivalent
