Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout and throughout the store
• Perform cashier duties including scanning items, processing purchases, and adhering to cash policies
• Execute stocking tasks by filling shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure an excellent shopping experience
• Assist with curbside pickup orders by retrieving and verifying items for customers
• Support operational efficiency and safety by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment
• Handle product in various environments, including coolers and freezers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift, carry, and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, pallet jacks, and cardboard balers
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
