Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors
• Manage point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising store products
• Maintain a neat, clean, and attractive store environment
• Support web sales and other operational tasks as needed
• Work additional hours during major College events such as Homecoming and Commencement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays
• Must be able to pass a pre-placement physical and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• Previous experience with point of sale (POS) systems
• Previous experience in retail operations, particularly in a college environment
