Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming first impression and service-driven experience for guests
• Provide personalized product and service recommendations for apparel, hardgoods, and accessories
• Execute retail sales and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
• Support rental operations by selecting, fitting, and adjusting equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor
• Support inventory management through restocking and cycle counts
• Address and resolve guest concerns with a sense of ownership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, rental, or guest service preferred
• Experience with ski or snowboard rental operations or technical equipment fitting preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience handling cash and operating POS systems preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
