Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and model service principles
• Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms
• Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving and verifying items
• Maintain store cleanliness and zone standards
• Assist with inventory procedures and product handling
• Identify and rectify potential safety hazards in the store

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to lift, carry, and place product weighing up to 45 pounds
• Ability to operate store equipment including cash registers, pallet jacks, and floor scrubbers
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in a retail environment
