About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets across various categories such as post-paid, pre-paid, renewals, accessories, and insurance.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experience and adheres to company service commitments.
  • Coordinate the training and development of Sales Executives to ensure mastery of commercial offers, promotions, systems, and policies.
  • Maintain the store's visual image and manage consumables and administrative paperwork.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing team performance.
