About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets across various categories such as post-paid, pre-paid, renewals, accessories, and insurance.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experience and adheres to company service commitments.
- Coordinate the training and development of Sales Executives to ensure mastery of commercial offers, promotions, systems, and policies.
- Maintain the store's visual image and manage consumables and administrative paperwork.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing team performance.
