About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of store sales objectives and customer experience goals.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including scheduling, store image, inventory, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure all staff members understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, processes, and policies.
- Coordinate the training and development of Sales Executives to ensure team alignment.
- Drive sales quotas across various categories including post-sale, prepaid, renewals, accessories, NPS, and insurance.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
