Store Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, store image maintenance, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
• Drive the achievement of sales objectives across various categories such as post-sale, prepaid, renewals, accessories, and insurance
• Coordinate the development and training of Sales Executives to ensure mastery of commercial offers, promotions, systems, and policies
• Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience in alignment with company commitments and NPS goals

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in retail management or sales leadership
