About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Drive the achievement of sales objectives across various categories such as post-sale, prepaid, renewals, accessories, and insurance.
- Ensure the team understands and masters commercial offers, promotions, systems, processes, and company policies.
- Coordinate the development and training of Sales Executives to ensure high-quality customer experience and alignment with company standards.
- Maintain the store's visual image and manage consumables and paperwork to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
