About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote the organization's culture and values, serving as a role model for the store team.
  • Guarantee the achievement of sales targets by inspiring the team and ensuring high service standards.
  • Oversee and control store operational procedures, including checkout, commercial, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
  • Manage weekly staff schedules and report incidents to the District Experience Manager.
  • Lead the induction of new personnel, focusing on customer-centric culture and operational tasks.
  • Monitor cash liquidation and ensure all supporting documentation is submitted correctly.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the store, the team, and the customers.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create action plans when performance indicators deviate from targets.

Requirements

  • Completed, ongoing, or paused studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Full availability to work 48 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams for premium or first-tier brands.
  • A strong interest in fashion and lifestyle trends.
