Store Advisor

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure positive shopping experiences
• Assist with unpacking, back-stocking, and organizing deliveries to manage inventory efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to Health & Safety standards
• Support daily operational tasks such as restocking shelves, updating displays, and managing product flow
• Contribute ideas for in-store events and community engagement to boost customer interaction and store presence
• Foster a collaborative team environment and uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in retail customer service or sales
• Ability to manage inventory, stock, and visual merchandising
• Understanding of health and safety standards in a retail environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
