Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information
• Contribute feedback to leadership to improve store processes
• Maintain visual standards to deliver a premium experience
• Assist with inventory management and product orders

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments
• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and learn quickly
• Eye for visual merchandising standards
• Ability to stand for consecutive hours and perform physical tasks like reaching and climbing stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry
