About the role

Responsibilities

  • Embrace and communicate On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and creating solutions based on customer needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information and global brand activities
  • Contribute feedback to store leadership to improve processes, engagement, and team happiness
  • Help maintain visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience
  • Assist with inventory management and inbound/outbound product orders

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and learn quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Ability to meet physical demands including standing for consecutive hours, reaching, grabbing, and climbing stairs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry
